Leaving your rental home

At last, you’ve finally saved enough for your down payment on a new place and you’re going to jump into the real estate game.  Aside from the costs of moving and legal fees.  Make sure you avoid unforseen cost in leaving your rental residence by understanding the rules of ending a tenancy.  Depending on the terms of your tenancy, you must give your landlord written notice of your intentions to leave.  For more information, visit the Residential Tennancy Office’s website here for a guide.
